Lafayette, Louisiana

Three lawyers, one claim at a time

The firm stays small so that the person who reads your policy is the person who answers your call.

  • Ginette Gautreaux in black-framed glasses and a tan blouse against a blue studio backdrop

    Ginette Gautreaux

    Founding partner

Reads every new file herself. Handles denied and underpaid claims, appraisals and appeals.

  • Pascal Castille in a green suit and gold tie, his hands folded, against a blue studio backdrop

Takes the wind-or-water disputes and the claims that need engineers, weather records and sometimes a courtroom.

  • Aurelie Savoie in a tan blazer, seated, against a blue-gray studio backdrop

    Aurelie Savoie

    Senior associate

Builds the fire and smoke claims and the dated record behind every bad-faith letter.

How we share a claim

  • One lawyer is yours

The lawyer who takes your file stays on it from the first letter to the last payment.

  • Another reads it cold

A partner who has not worked on your file reads it, to catch what the first reader missed.

  • Experts only as needed

We hire an engineer, estimator or hygienist only when a number or a cause depends on one.

Meet us by phone first

The first call is with a lawyer, not an intake desk.

We charge no fee unless we recover more than the insurer had offered. The firm advances case costs, such as an engineer's report, and is repaid from a recovery. If there is none, you owe neither the fee nor the costs.
