When the way a claim was handled is the problem

An insurer owes a policyholder honest, prompt handling, not only the money. Months of silence, lost paperwork, one low number repeated, or a denial with no reason can each be a wrong of its own.

We keep a dated record of every call, letter and missed deadline, and we say plainly when a delay is irritating but not something the law will act on.

We look at

  • Long delays

  • Denials with no reason given

  • Lost or ignored documents

  • Offers far below the estimates

What a handling record holds

The record is plain: who did what, and when.

  • A dated list

The day the loss happened, the day you reported it, and every day after.

  • Who said what

Names and times for calls, with the adjuster or the supervisor on the line.

  • Requests that went unanswered

Each letter or email you sent and whether it was ever answered.

  • The policy's own deadlines

The dates the insurer's contract says it must meet.

Bring us the calendar

A list of dates is enough to start. We will help you turn it into a record.

We charge no fee unless we recover more than the insurer had offered. The firm advances case costs, such as an engineer's report, and is repaid from a recovery. If there is none, you owe neither the fee nor the costs.
