Bring us the denial

Tell us what the insurer said and when. A lawyer reads it before anyone calls you back.

Hours
Monday to FridayToday
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please don't send confidential details, such as policy or claim numbers, through this form. We will ask for documents after we have spoken. We charge no fee unless we recover more than the insurer had offered. The firm advances case costs, such as an engineer's report, and is repaid from a recovery. If there is none, you owe neither the fee nor the costs.

For the second call

None of it is needed for the first call. It helps by the second.

  • The letter itself

The denial, the offer or the last email from the adjuster.

  • The policy

The declarations page at least, and the whole policy if you can find it.

  • Photos and video

Anything dated from before and after the loss.

  • Estimates and receipts

Contractor quotes, repair bills, hotel stays.
