What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone number and the short description you choose to give. Like most sites, the site also records basic visit data, such as pages viewed and the type of device.

How we use it

To reply to you and decide whether we can help. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.

Keeping it short

Please keep the form to the general picture. Policy numbers, claim numbers and sensitive details are better given by phone, once we have talked.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who do not become clients are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete a message, by writing to hello@gautreauxcastille.com or calling (337) 555-0148.
