Ginette Gautreaux
Founding partner
Ginette founded the firm and reads every new file herself before the firm takes it.
She handles denied and underpaid claims, and the appraisals and appeals that follow. She explains an exclusion the way she would to a neighbor, with the page open in front of both of you.
She speaks French with clients who prefer it. She is admitted in Louisiana and Texas and works from the Lafayette office.

How Ginette reads a policy
She starts at the declarations page and works forward, marking each exclusion and the exceptions after it. Only then does she open the denial, so the insurer's reasons are measured against the contract and not the other way around.
She puts the fee agreement on the table at the first meeting and goes through it line by line, and she gives you a copy to take home before you sign.
Ask for Ginette
Send the letter, and say whom you would like to hear from.
We charge no fee unless we recover more than the insurer had offered. The firm advances case costs, such as an engineer's report, and is repaid from a recovery. If there is none, you owe neither the fee nor the costs.
